摘 要:炭基透水性多孔双极板具有优良的水热管理性能,电堆寄生功率小,材料强度要求低、密度小,为电堆提供内增湿和蒸发式冷却,在常压操作并具有大功率密度和长时间工作稳定性特点,可以直接快速响应负载要求,极板密封压力的降低也有利于膜组件寿命的提高。本文综述了炭基输水板的应用原理、制造技术和使用上的特点,分析其研究和工业应用现状,并对其未来发展前景进行了展望。The carbon based porous bipolar plate has excellent hydrothermal management performance, low parasitic power, low material strength requirements and low density. It provides internal humidification and evaporative cooling for the stack. It operates at atmospheric pressure and has the characteristics of high power density and long-term stability. It can directly and quickly respond to the load requirements. The reduction of the sealing pressure of the polar plate is also conducive to the improvement of the life of the membrane module.In this paper, the application principle, manufacturing technology and application characteristics of carbon based water transfer plate are introduced and summarized, the research and industrial application status is also analyzed, and future development is prospected.
