摘 要:智慧图书馆体系介入大型馆已有时日,开架书库的管理尚存在诸多困境,需要查找问题、分析原因并提出解决方案。通过考察实践现状,并且不完全地回顾了近十五年国内智慧图书馆技术更新背景下大型馆开架书库管理的现状,指出由于缺乏联合研究和无规范化实施标准,导致多数大型馆技术升级后,开架书库管理仍停留在自助借还和安全防护等初级阶段。在对开架书库管理现状进行分析的基础上,设计构建以"列"为阈值单位的标准化、多方兼容的智慧图书馆开架书库管理体系。Smart library system has been involved in large libraries for a long time,but there are still many difficulties in the management of open-shelf stacks. It is necessary to find out the problems and to put forward solutions. This paper observes the status of practice on this thesis and incompletely reviews the research of open-shelf stack management among large libraries in the context of domestic smart library technology innovation in the past 15 years,and points out that the management of the majority of open-shelf stacks still stay in the primary stage of self-service borrowing and security protection after technology upgrading in large libraries because of lacking of joint research and standardized implementation standards. Based on analysis of the current condition in the open-shelf stack management,it constructs a standardized multi-party compatible management system in open-shelf stacks of smart library based on "column" as the threshold unit.
