摘　　要：当前高校图书馆开展的专利信息服务主要集中在专利生命周期的前期阶段,对专利申请之后的运营、管理以及保护阶段的参与度不高。在国家政策的强力引导下,高校图书馆急需构建一套面向需求的、覆盖专利全生命周期的专利信息服务体系——从专利申请前的咨询、查新与检索,到专利申请,再到授权后的管理、运营、保护,覆盖专利的全生命周期。文章基于当前高校图书馆专利信息服务现状分析,引入生命周期概念,构建一套以科研创新全流程为明线,以专利生命周期为暗线的高校图书馆专利信息服务体系,并在具体专利信息服务实践中运用。总结了专利信息服务实践中存在的问题及相应的解决对策,以期实现源头把控专利质量,提升高校专利质量与转化绩效的目标。At present,the patent information service carried out by university libraries mainly focuses on the early stage of patent life cycle.And the degree of involvement in the stage of patent operation,patent management and patent protection is not high.The university library needs to build a set of demand-oriented patent information service system that covers the whole life cycle of patent,including patent novelty search before application,patent application,patent management,patent operation and patent protection.Based on the analysis of the current patent information service system of university library,this paper introduces the concept of life cycle,and constructs a set of university library patent information service system.This system takes the whole process of scientific research as the bright line and the patent life cycle as the dark line,and then applies it in the practice of specific patent information service.This paper summarizes the problems existing in the practice of patent information service and puts forward the service strategies,aiming at controlling the patent quality from the source and promoting the improvement of patent quality and transformation performance effectively.
