摘　　要：【目的】以基本科学指标(ESI)Top1%高被引论文为对象,研究中国国家自然科学基金资助论文的高被引率变化情况。【方法】对比分析中国国家自然科学基金与美国主要基金、国内其他基金及国内无基金资助的高被引论文在数量、引用等方面的表现。【结果】国家自然科学基金资助的高被引论文在2009-2018年间数量上有大幅提升,引用影响力也在不断扩大,但相比美国主要基金仍有一定差距;国家自然科学基金资助的高被引论文在我国高被引论文中占比高达80%。【局限】本文以英文高被引论文为研究对象,暂未考虑中文文献和其他类型的科研产出。【结论】研究表明国家自然科学基金对我国高被引论文的产出及科研影响力的提升起到了重要推进作用。[Objective] This study analyzes the Essential Science Indicators(ESI) of highly cited papers, aiming to assess scientific outcomes of research projects sponsored by National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC). [Methods] We compared the total number and citations of highly cited articles sponsored by NSFC, U.S.funding, other Chinese funding, or no funding. [Results] The number of highly cited papers sponsored by NSFC soared from 2009 to 2018, which was still less than those supported by the U. S. funding. More than 80% of Highly Cited Papers from China were funded by NSFC. [Limitations] We only studied highly cited papers in English. [Conclusions] NSFC plays significant role in promoting scientific publication and influence expansion.
