摘 要:以赵固二矿西风井冻结爆破掘进施工为背景,对爆破作用下冻结管的振动力学响应进行了研究。依据爆炸应力波理论,分析了考虑P波垂直入射时冻结管的力学响应机制。采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元分析软件模拟了冻结管受爆炸作用下的振动响应规律:振动波入射冻结管同一截面各测点振动速度相差不大,背爆侧振动速度最大,与P波入射成45°附近处冻结管振动速度较小。拟合出拉应力与振动速度的关系式。结合理论分析与数值模拟,得出冻土爆破时冻结管的安全阈值为64.76cm/s。研究成果可为类似工程爆破设计与振动控制提供参考。Based on the construction of the frozen blasting of the West Wind Well in Zhaogu No.2 Mine, the vibrational mechanical response of the frozen pipe under blasting is studied. According to the theory of blast stress wave, the mechanical response mechanism of the frozen tube considering the P wave perpendicular to the frozen tube is analyzed. The ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element analysis software is used to simulate the vibration response of the frozen tube under the action of explosion: the vibration velocity of the same section of the vibration tube is not much different from that of the same section, and the vibration velocity of the back explosion side is largest, and the P wave is incident. The vibration velocity of the frozen tube is lower when the P wave incidence angle is near the 45°;the relationship between the tensile stress and the vibration speed is fitted. Combined with theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, the safety threshold of frozen pipe during frozen soil blasting is 64.76 cm/s. The results provide a reference for similar engineering blasting design and vibration control.
