中文版脊髓损伤步行指数量表的信度研究

摘　　要：目的:通过对脊髓损伤步行指数量表(Walking Index for Spinal Cord InjuryⅡ,WISCI-Ⅱ)的翻译和编制,进行心理学考评,检测其信度,建立中国人群适用的脊髓损伤步行功能评估专表。方法:按照入组及排除标准选取中山大学附属第三医院康复科入住的30例脊髓损伤患者,平均年龄42.7岁,其中颈段脊髓损伤13例、胸段9例、腰段8例。两名治疗师分别进行两次评估,对结果进行等级间相关系数分析,检验其重测信度及评估者间信度。结果:中文版WISCI-Ⅱ的重测信度相关系数范围评估者A为0.981~0.996(P<0.01),评估者B为0.969~0.993(P<0.01);评估者间信度相关系数范围第一天ICC为0.966~0.992(P<0.01),第二天ICC为0.950~0.989(P<0.01)。结论:中文版脊髓损伤步行指数量表作为脊髓损伤患者步行功能临床评估工具,具有良好的重测信度和评估者间信度。Objective:To translate the Walking Index for Spinal Cord Injury Ⅱ into Chinese and to assess the reliability of the Chinese version of the WISCI-Ⅱ in patients with spinal cord injury(SCI).Methods:Thirty patients,with average age of 42.7 years.Level:13 cervical,9 thoracic,8 lumber;Assessment of maximum WISCI Ⅱ levels by two trained,blinded raters to evaluate test-retest and intra-rater reliability.Results:The intra-rater reliability correlation coefficient was between 0.981~0.996(P<0.01) for therapists A and 0.969~0.993(P<0.01) for therapists B,for the maximum WISCI Ⅱ level.The test-retest reliability for the maximum WISCI Ⅱ score was between 0.966~0.992(P<0.01) on day 1 and 0.950~0.989(P<0.01) on day2.Conclusion:The WISCI Ⅱ has high te st-rete st and intra-rater reliability when administered by trained raters.
