摘　　要：目的:总结壮医经筋推拿流派的治疗特色,为临床诊疗提供参考。方法:通过查阅国内相关文献,结合笔者临床诊疗经验,总结壮医经筋推拿流派的治疗特色。结果:壮医经筋推拿是在中医经筋理论指导下,重视摸结诊治,多结合燔针和拔罐治疗的疗法。结论:壮医经筋推拿疗法具有壮医外治的特色,临床疗效确切,但同时也存在主观差异等不足之处,仍需不断完善。Objective:To summarize the treatment characteristics of the school of massage by jingjin in zhuang medicine and provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:By referring to the relevant domestic literature,combined with the author’s clinical diagnosis and treatment experience,summarize the treatment characteristics of the school of massage by jingjin in zhuang medicine.Results:Under the guidance of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,massage of jingjin in zhuang medicine paid more attention to the diagnosis and treatment of touching the tubercle,combined with burnt needle and cupping therapy.Conclusion:Massage of jingjin in zhuang medicine therapy has the characteristics of Zhuang medicine external treatment,and its clinical effect is accurate,but there are also subjective differences and other shortcomings,which still need to be improved.
