国内间歇性管饲技术治疗吞咽障碍的文献计量学分析

摘　　要：目的:探究国内间歇性管饲技术治疗吞咽障碍的研究现狀及趋势,为该技术的后续研究提供思路和依据。方法:计算机检索中国知网、万方、维普和中国生物医学文献自建库至2020年1月1日发表的相关文献,采用文献计量学的方法,对纳入文献进行分析整理。结果:共纳入文献100篇,包括期刊论文87篇,硕博士论文3篇、综述3篇,Meta分析1篇,会议论文6篇。结论:间歇性管饲技术是治疗吞咽障碍未来的研究热点,但文献质量有待提升。探讨间歇性管饲技术的多学科合作管理方案以及延续性护理在吞咽康复领域的具体实施等问题是未来的重要方向。Objective:To explore the research status and trend of intermittent tube feeding technology in the treatment of dysphagia in China,and to provide ideas and basis for the follow-up research of this technology.Methods:The relevant literatures published by cnki,wanfang,wipp and China biomedical literature database from January 1,2020 were searched by computer,and descriptive statistical analysis was carried out on the research types,published journals,authors and fund support of the literatures.Results:A total of 100 articles were included,including 87 journal articles,3 master’s and doctoral theses,3 reviews,1 meta-analysis,and 6 conference papers.The subjects of the study were patients with various neurological damage,mainly stroke patients.The operators are not clear,mostly nurses;Most interventions are combination therapy.Conclusion:Intermittent tube feeding is a hot topic in the treatment of dysphagia,but the quality of literature needs to be improved.It is important to explore the multidisciplinary cooperative management scheme of intermittent tube feeding and the implementation of continuous nursing in the field of swallowing rehabilitation.
