摘　　要：短刺法是《灵枢·官针》十二刺法之一,临床应用广泛,疗效确切。笔者通过分析并总结短刺法的操作方法及临床应用范围,探索其与针刺"至骨"的关系,以拓宽短刺法疾病的适用范围,为临床应用提供参考。Duan-acupuncture is one of twelve-acupuncture in Lingshu Guanzhen,it has wide clinical application and exact effect.The author analyzes and summarizes the operation method and clinical applications of the Duan-acupuncture,explores its relationship with the "to bone" of acupuncture,broadens the scope of disease,and guides the clinical practice.
