摘 要:随着中国炼化一体化和煤(甲醇)制烯烃技术快速发展,副产的C_(5)馏分已成为乙烯工业不可忽视的伴生资源。目前工业上对C_(5)烷烃的利用主要为返回裂解炉做裂解乙烯原料、发泡剂制造、戊烷异构化油以及作为燃料等方式。面对C_(5)烷烃产量不断增高的现实,提高其利用率、延伸产业链、开发下游高值产品的思路不仅能提高资源的有效利用,而且也对我国化工经济的发展起到一定的激励作用。对石油裂解馏分中C_(5)烷烃的利用现状进行了综述,介绍了正戊烷异构化、正戊烷芳构化、戊烷燃气、环戊烷水合物等利用途径,也对未工业应用的正戊烷氧化制备顺酐、苯酐工艺进行了分析和Aspen全流程静态模拟,分析结果发现该工艺可行,经济较合理,是一条有潜力的工业应用路线。In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s refining-chemical integration and coal(methanol)to olefins technologies,the by-product C_(5) fractions have become a nonnegligible associated resource in the ethylene industry.At present,main industrial utilization routes foe C_(5) alkanes include returning to crackers as raw materials for ethylene,manufacturing foaming agent,pentane isomerized oil and using as fuel.Faced with the increasing C_(5) alkanes production,the ideas for improving utilization rate of C_(5) alkanes,extending the industrial chain,and developing high-value downstream products can improve the efficient utilization of resources and promote the development of China’s chemical economy.China’s current utilization status of C_(5) alkanes in petroleum cracking fractions is overviewed,and the utilization methods such as n-pentane isomerization,n-pentane aromatization,pentane fuel gas,and cyclopentane hydrate are introduced.The process preparing maleic anhydride and phthalic anhydride by alkoxylation of n-pentane,which is not yet applied commercially,is analyzed,and the whole process static simulation upon it is carried out by means of Aspen software.Analysis results show that the process is feasible and economically reasonable,which is a potential industrial application route.
