摘  要:以氢氧化锆为载体,采用浸渍法将铜、钾金属活性组分负载到载体表面。通过动力管评价改性氢氧化锆吸附剂对二氧化硫、氨气的吸附性能影响。通过XRD、FT-IR、氮气吸脱附与XPS等对改性材料进行表征。结果表明,改性材料的比表面积、官能团类别、衍射峰强度与位置等结构参数并未发生明显变化;金属铜、钾的引入会提升改性氢氧化锆吸附剂对氨气的吸附能力,这可从XPS能谱图中结合能的变化迁移得到验证。Zirconium hydroxide powder is impregnated with metal active components such as copper and potassium to prepare modified zirconium hydroxide particles.Adsorption performance of the modified zirconium hydroxide particles against sulfur dioxide and ammonia is evaluated through a power tube.The modified materials are analyzed by means of XRD,FT-IR,nitrogen adsorption-desorption and XPS characterization.Results show that the addition of potassium can promote the complexation between copper and ammonia,thereby increasing the adsorption ability of the modified materials to ammonia.However,the structural parameters of zirconium hydroxide,such as specific surface area,functional group types,and the intensity and position of diffraction peak,do not show significant changes due to modification,which can be verified by the change and migration of binding energy in XPS spectra.
