新冠肺炎不同疫情阶段下某院门诊药房应急预案的持续改进

摘　　要：目的根据新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情形势的改变,持续改进应急预案来加强门诊药房的防控工作。方法分析不同疫情阶段下的本地和外部形势,结合最新的诊疗和防控等指导文件实时改进门诊药房应急预案,从人员、服务、环境、物资、学习等五方面实施方案,并定期对具体实施效果进行评价。结果我市1月24日启动重大突发公共卫生事件一级响应后我院门诊药房紧急制定了应急预案初步方案,在接下来的实施过程中,通过分析实际效果并结合最新的疫情情况和防控指南,门诊药房在不同阶段持续了改进应急预案,提升疫情下的药学服务工作质量和强化防控措施,基本达到了预期效果。结论通过各阶段应急预案的不断完善,可以弥补前一阶段应急工作的不足,完善疫情下门诊药房的药学服务,优化各项药学工作。OBJECTIVE To enhance the prevention and control work of outpatient pharmacy by continuously improving the emergency plan according to the alterant situation of COVID-19. METHODS The local and external situation in different epidemic stages of COVID-19 were analyzed.The emergency plan of outpatient pharmacy was improved by combining with the latest diagnosis and control guidance documents. Then five aspects of personnel,service,environment,materials,learning were implemented,and the specific implementation effect was regularly evaluated. RESULTS On January 24 th,Zhongshan city launched the first-level public healthemergencyresponse,and our outpatient pharmacy urgently developed the preliminary plan for emergency work. In the following process,the outpatient pharmacy plan was continuously improved according to the real-time effect,latest epidemic situation and prevention and controlguidelines. By these measures,the pharmaceutical care and epidemic control work were strengthened. And the expected effect in different stage was basically achieved. CONCLUSION Through continuous improvement of the emergency plan in each stage,the deficiency of the emergency work in the previous stage can be made up and the pharmaceutical service of outpatient pharmacy under COVID-19 can be improve,and pharmaceutical work in the epidemic can be optimize.
