摘 要:为研究川东地区煤氧化升温过程中的自燃特性,采用程序升温装置测试了川东地区7个矿井煤样在氧化升温过程中的放热强度和耗氧速率,分析了不同温度下各煤样气体产物以及自燃极限参数的变化规律。结果表明:放热强度与耗氧速率的变化趋势一致,同一温度升高,二者先略微增加,然后以指数形式快速增大。随着温度的逐渐升高,各个矿井煤样的CO和CO_(2)浓度都表现出逐渐增加的趋势。相同温度下,CO_(2)浓度明显大于CO浓度,CO和CO_(2)比值与煤温有着很好对应关系,能反映出煤样被氧化的程度。CH_(4),C_(2)H_(6)和C_(2)H_(4)浓度随温度升高逐渐增大,不同矿井煤样的C_(2)H_(6)和C_(2)H_(4)产生的起始温度不同,CH_(4)产生量的差异性随温度升高逐渐增大。最小浮煤厚度与下限氧体积分数的变化趋势一致,随着温度的升高,二者先增大后逐渐降低,上限漏风强度随着温度的升高先降低后升高。In order to study the spontaneous combustion characteristics of coal during low temperature oxidation,the temperature-programmed experiment device was applied to measure the exothermic intensity and oxygen consumption rate of coal samples of seven mining areas in Eastern Sichuan.The variation of gas products and limit parameters of coal spontaneous combustion at different temperatures was analyzed.The results indicate that the variation of exothermic intensity is consistent with that of oxygen consumption rate.With the increase of temperature,the oxygen consumption rate and exothermic intensity first increase slightly,then increase exponentially.The CO and CO_(2) concentrations of coal samples in various mining areas show a trend of increasing with increasing temperature.At the same temperature,the CO_(2) concentration is significantly greater than the CO concentration.The CO and CO_(2) ratios have a good correspondence with the coal temperature which can reflect the oxidation degree of the coal samples.The concentrations of CH_(4),C_(2)H_(6) and C_(2)H_(4) increase with the temperature increasing.The initial temperatures of C_(2)H_(6) and C_(2)H_(4) produced by coal samples in different mining areas are different,and the difference of CH_(4) concentration increases with the increase of temperature.The least thickness of loss coal increases first and then decreases with increasing temperature.The variation of the lower limit oxygen concentration is consistent with that of the least thickness of loss coal.The maximal air leak intensity decreases first and then increases with the increase of temperature.
