摘　　要：青少年和成人由于股骨扭转增加导致髌骨轨迹不良和髌股关节不稳定,临床表现为膝前方疼痛,治疗选择股骨去旋转截骨术并联合其他手术治疗,临床效果均满意。手术选择通常根据外科医生的经验而定,没有统一的手术技术和截骨水平,且何种手术技术效果最好尚未有结论。本文就股骨去旋转截骨术的相关解剖、评估和手术技术等方面做一综述。Due to increased femoral torsion,which leads to poor patella trajectory and patellofemoral joint instability,the adolescents and adults might suffer from anterior knee pain.Femoral derotation osteotomy is the main choice for treatment of this condition with satisfac⁃tory clinical results,might be combined with other surgical treatments in some instances.However,the concrete surgical strategy involving surgical technique and osteotomy level is usually based on the surgeon's experience,without a consistent in the best surgical procedure.This article reviews the related anatomy,evaluation and surgical techniques of femoral derotation osteotomy.
