摘　　要：电爆炸丝自动喷涂装置在工作时产生强电磁场,导致自动喷涂装置中的自动走丝系统可靠性差。为解决此问题,设计一种采用Modbus通信协议的自动走丝系统,以提高自动走丝系统的可靠性和稳定性。在自动走丝系统主、从设备上分别使用RS485和RS485转RS232接口,并通过屏蔽双绞线连接。采用Modbus RTU传输模式传输差分信号,以提高数据在强电磁场的抗干扰能力。结果表明:该自动走丝系统主、从设备之间长距离传输数据稳定,装置运行可靠。The electric explosion wire automatic spraying device produces strong electromagnetic field during operation,which leads to the poor reliability of automatic wirefeeding system in the automatic spraying device.In order to solve this problem,an automatic wirefeeding system using Modbus communication protocol was designed to improve the reliability and stability of the automatic wirefeeding system.RS485 and RS485-to-RS232 interfaces were respectively used on the master and slave devices of the automatic wirefeeding system and they were connected by the shielded twisted pair cable.Modbus RTU transmission mode was used to transmit differential signals to improve the antiinterference ability of the data in the strong electromagnetic field.The results show that the longdistance data transmission between the master and slave devices is stable and the device runs reliably.
