摘　　要：互联网金融行业的迅猛发展伴随着不断的创新,大大促进了社会经济的快速发展。在互联网金融快速发展的同时,与之相配套的法律及监管没有及时匹配,金融安全与稳定问题时有发生。完善互联网金融法律法规及监管机制,将更好地助力互联网金融行业健康发展。The rapid development of Internet finance industry is accompanied by continuous innovation,which greatly promotes the rapid development of social economy.With the rapid development of Internet finance,the corresponding laws and regulations are not matched in time,and financial security and stability problems occur from time to time.Improving the laws,regulations and regulatory mechanism of Internet finance will better help the healthy development of Internet finance industry.
