摘　　要：目的:研究机械通气治疗急性危重症支气管哮喘的临床效果。方法:2018年5月-2019年5月收治急性危重症支气管哮喘患者68例,随机分为两组,各34例。对比组给予单一药物治疗;研究组在药物基础上应用机械通气治疗。比较两组临床效果。结果:研究组治疗后血气指标水平及肺功能各项指标水平均优于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将机械通气用于治疗急性危重症支气管哮喘的临床效果显著。Objective:To study the clinical effect of mechanical ventilation in the treatment of acute critical bronchial asthma.Methods:From May 2018 to May 2019,68 cases of patients with acute critical bronchial asthma were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with single drug.The study group was treated with mechanical ventilation on the basis of drug.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The various of indicator levels of blood gas and lung function in the study group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mechanical ventilation is effective in the treatment of acute critical bronchial asthma.
