固冲汤加减结合西药治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血及对总有效率影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨固冲汤加减结合西药治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血(围绝经期功血)的效果。方法:2017年5月-2019年7月收治围绝经期功血患者78例,随机分为两组,各39例。试验组采用固冲汤加减结合米非司酮治疗,对照组采用米非司酮治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)及血管内皮生长因子表达水平均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:固冲汤加减结合米非司酮治疗围绝经期功血患者,有助于促进VEGF、bFGF表达水平的提升,促使血管生成,且能够提高疗效。Objective:To explore the effect of Guchong decoction modified combined with western medicine in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding during perimenopausal period(perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding).Methods:From May 2017 to July 2019,78 patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 39 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with Guchong decoction modified combined with minus mifepristone.The control group was treated with mifepristone.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the expression levels of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)and vascular endothelial growth factor in experimental group were higher than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Guchong decoction modified combined with mifepristone in the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients can promote the expression level of VEGF and bFGF,promote angiogenesis,and improve the efficacy.
