摘　　要：目的:探讨中医温针灸治疗增生性膝关节炎的临床效果。方法:2019年1月-2020年6月收治增生性膝关节炎患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组使用布洛芬缓释片+身痛逐瘀汤治疗;观察组在布洛芬缓释片+身痛逐瘀汤治疗基础上加用温针灸治疗。比较两组临床疗效、炎性反应因子水平及DOA评分。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后L1-1β、tnf-α、MMP-3等炎性反应因子水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后DOA各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸治疗增生性膝关节炎的效果显著,能有效改善炎性反应因子水平。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of warming acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of hyperplastic knee arthritis.Methods:From January 2019 to June 2020,80 cases of patients with hyperplastic knee arthritis were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ibuprofen sustained-release tablet+Shentong Zhuyu decoction.The observation group was treated with warm acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of ibuprofen sustained-release tablet+Shentong Zhuyu decoction.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory response factor levels and DOA scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of L1-1β,tnf-α and MMP-3 and other inflammatory response factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,DOA scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warming acupuncture and moxibustion is effective in the treatment of hyperplastic knee arthritis,which can effectively improve the levels of inflammatory response factors.
