小儿支气管肺炎应用麻杏石甘汤联合银翘散加减治疗对退热时间的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨麻杏石甘汤联合银翘散加减治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效及对退热时间的影响。方法:2018年7月-2020年6月收治小儿支气管肺炎患儿64例,随机分为两组,各32例。试验组采用西医常规治疗+麻杏石甘汤+银翘散加减治疗,对照组采用西医常规治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率(93.75%)高于对照组(68.75%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组咳喘消失时间(6.69±1.76)d、退热时间(3.16±0.66)d及肺部啰音消失时间(6.65±1.13)d均显著短于对照组咳喘消失时间(8.63±1.85)d、退热时间(4.19±1.13)d及肺部啰音消失时间(8.16±1.09)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:麻杏石甘汤联合银翘散加减方法治疗小儿支气管肺炎,可明显增强疗效,并显著缩短咳喘消失时间、退热时间及肺部啰音消失时间,最终实现有效预后。Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Maxing Shigan decoction combined with modified Yinqiao powder on children with bronchopneumonia and its effect on antipyretic time.Methods:From July 2018 to June 2020,64 cases of children with bronchopneumonia were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 32 cases in each group.The experimental group used the conventional Western medicine+Maxing Shigan decoction+modified Yinqiao powder.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of experimental group(93.75%)was higher than that of control group(68.75%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough and asthma(6.69±1.76)d,the antipyretic time(3.16±0.66)d and the disappearance time of lung rales(6.65±1.13)d in experimental group were significantly shorter than those in control group(8.63±1.85)d,the antipyretic time(4.19±1.13)d and the disappearance time of lung rales(8.16±1.09)d,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Maxing Shigan decoction+modified Yinqiao powder in the treatment of bronchopneumonia in children,which can obviously enhance the curative effect,shorten the time of cough and asthma disappearance,antipyretic time and lung rale disappearance and finally realize the effective prognosis.
