摘　　要：目的:探讨综合性护理对慢性粒细胞白血病患者心理状况及睡眠质量的影响。方法:2017年6月-2019年8月收治慢性粒细胞白血病患者96例,随机分为两组,各48例。对照组接受常规护理;观察组接受综合性护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理后睡眠质量评分、焦虑评分及抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用综合性护理,有助于改善慢性粒细胞白血病患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,有效提高睡眠质量,护理满意度较高。Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on psychological status and sleep quality of patients with chronic myeloid leukemia.Methods:From June 2017 to August 2019,96 patients with chronic myeloid leukemia were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 48 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing.The observation group received comprehensive nursing.We compared the two groups of nursing effect.Results:In the observation group,the scores of sleep quality,anxiety and depression were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive nursing is helpful to improve the anxiety and depression of patients with chronic myeloid leukemia,effectively improve the quality of sleep,and it has higher nursing satisfaction.
