民爆器材生产企业智慧用电管理系统的设计与应用

摘　　要：为提升民爆器材生产企业能源科学管理及用电安全管理水平,设计了一套基于三层网络拓扑结构的智慧用电管理系统。系统结合RS485总线通信方式、Modbus通信协议等,完成了智能电表、PLC、核心交换机及监控平台之间的数据交互;利用组态王软件开发环境及能耗监控可视化界面,直观清晰地反映异常用电现象及用电设备故障情况,实现了对民爆器材生产区主要用电设备信息的实时采集功能,以及对用电异常设备的监控、报警功能。In order to improve the energy scientific management and power safety management level of industrial explosive materials enterprise,a smart power management system based on three-layer network topology is designed.The system combines RS485 bus communication mode with Modbus communication protocol to complete the data interaction between smart meters,PLC,core switches and monitoring platform.Using Kingview development environment and visualization interface of energy consumption monitoring,the abnormal electricity phenomenon and electrical equipment failure are intuitively and clearly reflected.The system realizes the real-time acquisition of main electrical equipment information in civil explosive equipment production area,and the monitoring and warning function of abnormal electrical equipment.
