摘　　要：蛋壳的形成是动态时序性过程,在子宫(蛋壳腺)内完成,经过钙化起始、线性沉积和钙化末期3个阶段完成蛋壳的钙化,期间需要持续的提供大量的钙离子。子宫内的钙离子一部分来源于肠道吸收,另一部分来源于髓骨的动员。因此,钙离子代谢是影响蛋壳钙化的重要因素,受多种因素调节。本文从钙离子在肠道的吸收转运、髓骨的动员、子宫的分泌,综述了蛋壳形成的钙代谢机制,并简述其影响因素,以期为蛋壳品质的调控研究提供思路。Eggshell formation is a dynamic temporal process that formed in the uterus(eggshell gland),which is mainly occurred in three calcification stages as the calcified initial,the linear deposition,and the calcified termination stage.A large amount of calcium ions should be continuously provided during the eggshell mineralization,which are mainly absorbed through the intestines,and the others come from the mobilization of the medullary bone.Therefore,the metabolism of calcium ion is an important factor affecting eggshell calcification and is regulated by many factors.This paper reviewed the absorption and transport of calcium ions in intestinal,the mobilization of medullary bone and the secretion of calcium ions in the uterus,and briefly described their influencing factors,which is in order to provide ideas for the regulation of eggshell quality.
