摘 要:本试验旨在研究二十八烷醇对彭泽鲫生长性能、血液指标、耐缺氧能力以及养殖水体环境因子的影响,为二十八烷醇在水产养殖中的研究与应用提供理论依据。试验选择健康无病、体重[(43.77±0.08)g]相近的彭泽鲫180尾,随机分为5组,每组4个重复,每个重复9尾。Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础饲料;Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组和Ⅴ组为试验组,饲喂在基础饲料的基础上分别添加12.5、25.0、50.0、100.0 mg/kg二十八烷醇(含量为95.2%)的试验饲料。试验期为90 d。结果表明:1)各试验组的平均体重和特定生长率与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。2)各试验组血清总胆固醇(TC)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平均高于对照组,其中Ⅲ组的LDL-C水平与对照组存在显著差异(P<0.05)。3)各试验组血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性均高于对照组,其中Ⅳ组与对照组差异显著(P<0.05),Ⅴ组与对照组差异极显著(P<0.01);各试验组血液红细胞数均低于对照组,其中Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组和Ⅴ组与对照组差异极显著(P<0.01);各试验组血液白细胞数均高于对照组,其中Ⅴ组与对照组差异显著(P<0.05)。4)在不同的饲养阶段,各试验组养殖水体氨氮、亚硝酸盐浓度与对照组均无显著差异(P>0.05)。5)亚硝酸盐攻毒后,Ⅲ组的存活时间显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲料中添加25.0 mg/kg的二十八烷醇可以调节彭泽鲫的血脂水平,改善免疫力和耐缺氧能力,且对生长性能和养殖水体环境无负面影响。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of octacosanol on the growth performance,blood indexes and hypoxia tolerance of Pengze crucian carp and the environmental factors of aquaculture water,so as to provide a theoretical basis for octacosanol used in the aquaculture.A total of 180 healthy Pengze crucian carp with similar body weight[(43.77±0.08)g]were randomly assigned into 5 groups with 4 replicates per group and 9 fish per replicate.The first group(group I)was the control group and fed a basal diet,and the remaining were experimental groups(groupsⅡ,Ⅲ,ⅣandⅤ)which fed the basal diet supplementing with 12.5,25.0,50.0 and 100.0 mg/kg octacosanol(95.2%),respectively.The formal period lasted for 90 days.The results showed as follows:1)there were no significant difference in the average body weight(ABW)and specific growth rate(SGR)between the experimental groups and control group(P>0.05).2)The levels of serum total cholesterol(TC)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in experimental groups were lower than those in control group,and the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)level in experimental groups was higher than that in control group.The serum LDL-C level of groupⅢwas significantly different from that of control group(P<0.05).3)The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in experimental groups was higher than that in control group,the difference was significant between groupⅣand control group(P<0.05),and the difference was extremely significant between groupⅤand control group(P<0.01);the number of red blood cells(RBC)in experimental groups was lower than that in control group,and the difference was extremely significant between groupsⅢ,Ⅳ,Ⅴand control group(P<0.01);the number of white blood cells(WBC)in experimental groups was higher than that in control group,and the difference was significant between groupⅤand control group(P<0.05).4)In different feeding stages,there were no significant differences in ammonia nitrogen and nitrite concentrations in aquaculture wa
