摘  要:以栅藻作为生物指示剂,加入不同产地及炮制方式的中药连翘煎煮液,采用YPMS-2生物光子测量仪检测其激发延迟发光强度,采用statistica10.0软件对数值进行线性拟合,得到加入不同产地两种炮制方式的中药连翘煎煮液后的栅藻K值波动范围,验证栅藻生物指示剂法在表征中药寒热药性方面的应用效果。使用SPSS19.0分别对各组数值进行独立样本t检验,比较K值差异。结果表明,栅藻生物指示剂法可以为连翘中药材评价提供更多依据。Used Scenedesmus as the biological indicator,and added Forsythia suspensa decoction of different origins and processing methods to detect the excitation delayed luminescence intensity by YPMS-2 biophotometry.The measured excitation delay luminescence intensity was linearly fitted by statistica10.0 software to obtain the fluctuation range of K values of Scenedesmus with the addition of different origins and two different processing methods for Forsythia suspensa decoction,and verify the application effect of Scenedesmus biological indicator method in characterizing the cold and heat properties of traditional Chinese medicine.SPSS19.0 was used to conduct independent sample t test on the values of each group,the difference of K values of Scenedesmus after adding the Forsythia suspensa decoction of different origins and two different processing methods were compared.The results indicate that the Scenedesmus biological indicator method can provide more basis for the evaluation of Forsythia suspensa.
