摘　　要：现有国际可再生能源工程承发包合同多为总价合同,由于总价合同具有风险分配不均等的特点,承包商进行变更索赔费用计算时,往往无从下手。以几种典型的标准合同条款为基础,分析在执行项目中变更索赔费用计算的重难点,对采用总价合同的可再生能源的索赔费用计算方法进行分析并给出建议。Sincelumpsumcontract formtakealarge percentage in international renewable energy project contract,moreover,becauseofthe unequal distribution of risks in lump sum contract,contractors are suffering tremendous difficulties to make reasonable calculationforclaimsandvariations.This article is for the purpose of analyzing the significant and difficult points in the calculation of variation/claim cost in the implementation of projects and gives reasonable suggestions.
