康复消炎栓在会阴侧切术后应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究康复消炎栓在会阴侧切术后的影响效果。方法择选本院2017年4月至2019年4月收治的行会阴侧切术顺娩产妇600例为研究对象,按随机分组原则,均分为两组即研究组和对照组。对照组行常规会阴擦洗,研究组在常规会阴擦洗基础上行康复消炎栓治疗,分别就两组产妇的会阴伤口愈合情况和疼痛情况进行对比。结果研究结果显示,研究组产妇无论会阴伤口愈合情况或者疼痛情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中,研究组300例产妇中仅6例发生红肿硬结和线头炎症状,没有化脓或裂开表现,而对照组300例产妇中有24例患者发生红肿硬结和线头炎症状,化脓和裂开各有2例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复消炎栓在会阴侧切术后患者中效果显著,可有效减少并发症的发生,缓解患者疼痛,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective:To explore the effect of Kangfuxiaoyan suppository after lateral perineal resection.Methods:Select 600 cases of perineal perinatal women who were treated in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2019.According to the principle of random grouping,they were divided into two groups:the research group and the control group.The control group underwent routine perineal scrub,and the study group was treated with Kangfuxiaoyan suppository on the basis of conventional perineal scrub,and compared the perineal wound healing and pain conditions of the two groups of women.Results:The results of the study showed that the maternal women in the study group had better perineal wound healing or pain than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among them,only 6 of the 300 women in the study group developed redness,induration and lint inflammation without purulent or split symptoms,while 24 of the 300 women in the control group developed redness,induration and lint inflammation,respectively there were 2 cases of purulent and 2 cases of split symptoms,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kangfuxiaoyan suppository has a significant effect in patients after lateral perineal resection,which can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications and relieve patients'pain,and has high clinical promotion value.
