摘  要:利用Gleeble 3800热模拟试验机对耐蚀合金NS334进行了高温压缩实验,研究了温度和应变速率对该材料热变形的影响规律。结果表明,随着变形温度的升高及应变速率的降低,峰值应力呈上升趋势。利用数学模型构造出了材料的本构方程,并计算得到表观激活能为449.36 kJ/mol。High temperature compression test of corrosion resistant alloy NS334 were carried out on Gleeble 3800 thermal simulator,and the effects of temperature and strain rate on the thermal deformation of the material are studied.The results show that the peak stress increases with the increasing of deformation temperature and the decreasing of strain rate.The constitutive equation of the material was constructed through the mathematical model,and the apparent activation energy was calculated to be 449.36 kJ/mol.
