水淬工艺马氏体钢的研发

摘　　要：介绍了河钢邯钢高强连退线产线的基本情况,利用其超快冷能力,成功开发了低成本水淬工艺马氏体钢系列产品,最高强度级别可达到1500 MPa以上。该系列产品具备轧制难度小、生产稳定性高以及通卷组织性能均匀的良好特性。成品微观组织近乎全部为板条马氏体,通卷抗拉强度波动值为27 MPa。通过稳定水淬槽内温度场,提高带钢出水后板形质量,使水淬亮斑表面缺陷得到有效解决。The basic situation of high-strength continuous annealing line in HBIS Hansteel was introduced.By using its ultra fast cooling capacity,a series of martensitic steel products with low-cost water quenching process were successfully developed,whose highest strength level can reach more than 1500 MPa.The products have the advantages of low rolling difficulty,high production stability and uniform structure and properties.The microstructure of the finished product is almost all lath martensite,and the fluctuation value of tensile strength is 27 MPa.By stabilizing the temperature field in the water quenching tank and improving the strip shape after water outlet,the surface defects of water quenching bright spots can be effectively solved.
