摘　　要：介绍了国内外高炉料罐煤气的回收现状,以及山东泰山钢铁集团引进“高炉料罐煤气全回收”专利技术,并在1#和2#两座1780 m^(3)高炉上实际应用情况。项目采用干法布袋除尘器,依靠专用引射器实现料罐煤气全回收功能。投用后,两座高炉的料罐煤气回收均达到了预期的效果,且经济效益可观。This paper introduces the current situation of gas recovery of blast furnace charging tank at home and abroad,as well as the patent technology of"gas full recovery of blast furnace charging tank"introduced by Shandong Taishan Iron and Steel Group and its practical application in two 1780 m^(3)blast furnace.The project adopts dry bag filter and relies on special ejector to realize the gas full recovery function of charging tank.After putting into operation,the gas recovery from the charging tank of the two blast furnaces has achieved the expected results,and the economic benefit is considerable.
