乡村振兴背景下少数民族农村乡土民居智能化策略研究——以昆明团结乡龙潭村落为例

摘　　要：以乡村振兴为背景,探讨少数民族农村乡土民居现状存在的问题和人们对这些民居的更深层次的需求之间的矛盾。并且通过调查昆明团结乡龙潭村农民民居的居住现状和建设现状,得出现阶段农村民居缺乏智能化带来的弊端。得出少数民族农村乡土民居智能化策略,如农村古民居旅游智能化、新建设的农村民居智能化、农村民居智能化建设和产业发展结合等。以解决目前乡村振兴中面临的农村住宅缺乏智能化的问题。Based on the background of rural revitalization,this paper discusses the contradiction between the problems existing in the current situation of rural houses of ethnic minorities and people's higher demand for these houses.And through the investigation of the living and construction status of farmers'houses in Longtan Village,Tuanjie Township,Kunming City of Yunnan Province,the disadvantages of the lack of smart rural houses at the present stage are found.Thus,this paper sums up the strategies for making minority ethnic groups'rural vernacular dwellings more intelligent,such as smart tourism service of rural ancient vernacular dwellings,newly-built smart rural vernacular dwellings,and intelligent construction and industrial development of rural vernacular dwellings,in order to solve the problem of the lack of smart rural housing in current rural revitalization work.
