基于历史文脉视角的城市秩序与公共空间重塑

摘　　要：经济全球化与城市快速扩张导致城市的差异性被忽视,造成了城市秩序的混乱、城市格局的破碎、公共空间的失落及建筑风貌的冗杂……历经2600余年的徐州,未能幸免于这一普遍现象。本文以徐州回龙窝历史街区项目为契机,以历史文脉为源,思考如何在复杂的城市环境中重塑城市秩序与公共空间:先梳理文脉的内涵、意义与价值,后以设计过程中的项目为引证,探讨建筑师为何要关注历史文脉,并如何运用历史文脉解答城市问题,使得历史文脉在操作层面真正作用于城市形态、功能和空间。Economic globalization and rapid urban expansion have led to the neglect of urban differences,resulting in the chaos of the urban order,the fragmentation of the urban structure,the loss of public space,and the complexity of architectural styles……Xuzhou,with more than 2600 years of history,was not immune to this universal phenomenon.This article takes Xuzhou Huilongwo Historic District Project as an opportunity to think about how to reshape the urban order and public space in the complex urban environment based on the historical context.After sorting out the connotation,meaning and value of the context,we cite the projects in the design process to discuss why architects should pay attention to historical context and how to solve urban questions by adopting historical context,making historical context genuinely act on urban form,function and space at the operational level.
