摘　　要：以联合体的方式开展全过程工程咨询,合理的收益分配方式至关重要。为了建立公平合理的收益分配机制,基于AHM和熵权法对资源投入、风险分担、合同执行度、创新能力四个收益分配影响因素权重进行修正,构建修正Shapley值法的收益分配模型。最后通过算例进行分析,验证该模型的合理性和可行性。Reasonable income distribution is very important to carry out the whole process engineering consultation in the form of consortium.In order to establish a fair and reasonable income distribution mechanism,this paper modifies the weights of four influencing factors named resource input,risk sharing,effort level,innovation ability based on the AHM and entropy method,and constructs the income distribution model based on modified Shapley value.Finally,verifies the rationality and feasibility of the model by an example.
