摘  要:酒钢镜铁山矿属于复杂难选贫矿,为了提高自产精矿品质,2016年开始悬浮磁化焙烧项目改造。2019年11月改造投产后精矿物理化学成分发生较大变化,对烧结生产有一定的影响。通过进行加装松料器、漏斗优化改造、加水喷头改型、打散机结构改型等措施的实施,克服了精矿成分变化带来的影响,烧结机主要生产指标取得了一定的进步。Jingtieshan mine of Jiuquan Iron and Steel Co.Ltd.is a complex and difficult to separate lean ore.In order to improve the quality of self-produced concentrate,suspension magnetization roasting project was started in 2016.After the transformation in November 2019,the physical and chemical composition of the concentrate will change greatly,and the change of the composition of the self-produced concentrate will have a certain impact on the sintering production.The influence of the change of concentrate composition was overcome by adding a loosening device,optimizing the funnel,modifying the water nozzle and the structure of the crusher.The main production indexes of sintering machine have made some progress.
