摘  要:近年来随着环保要求的逐渐严格,西北某镍冶炼企业逐渐重视环集烟气脱硫技术的改进。熔炼炉熔体、沉降电炉、吹炼炉、贫化电炉等产生的含二氧化硫烟气,经集气罩收集后送布袋收尘器,再经环保风机进入有机溶液循环吸收脱硫系统进行脱硫,离子液可循环利用,得到90%以上纯度的SO_(2)气体,脱硫效率可达96%,处理后的环集烟气二氧化硫浓度满足《铜、镍、钴工业污染物排放标准》(GB25467-2010)及其修改单规定限制要求。In recent years,with the increasingly strict environmental protection requirements,a nickel smelting enterprise in Northwest China has gradually attached importance to the improvement of flue gas desulphurization technology with ring collection.Melt,sedimentation furnace,melting furnace,melting furnace dilution furnace containing sulfur dioxide from flue gas,the gas collecting cover after collection bag dust collector,then through environmental protection fan into the organic solution circulation desulfurization absorption desulfurization system,ionic liquid can be recycled,get more than 90%purity of SO_(2) gas desulfurization efficiency can reach 96%,after processing the ring set flue gas SO_(2) concentration meet"Emission Standard of pollutants for Copper,Nickel,Cobalt Industrial"GB25467-2010 and its modified single limit prescribed requirements.
