摘  要:高炉生产连续性非常强,它的稳定顺行离不开设备的可靠运行,降低设备故障和迅速处理故障显得尤为重要。炉顶节流阀作为高炉放料系统最关键的阀门之一,一旦出现故障就会严重影响高炉的精准布料,进而对高炉生产造成影响。结合节流阀的控制原理,详述节流阀的故障分析及处理过程,为无料钟高炉炉顶设备维护提供参考。The blast furnace production has a strong continuity,the stable running is inseparable from the reliable operation of the equipment,it is particularly important to reduce the equipment failure and rapid processing failure.The top throttle valve is one of the most critical valves of the blast furnace de-coiler system,once the fault occurs,the precise distribution of blast furnace will be seriously affected,furthermore,it affects the blast furnace production.Based on the throttle valve control principle,the fault analysis and treatment process of throttle valve in detail,provide a reference for the blast furnace top equipment maintenance.
