摘　　要：热轧轧辊是工业生产的重要机械设备,对于提高轧件质量和生产效率有着不可替代的重要作用,特别是通过各类手段可以有效降低轧辊辊耗,在热轧薄板的生产过程中,由于轧辊和钢坯直接接触,轧辊的消耗非常大,因此积极采取有效措施,最大程度的降低热轧轧辊辊耗,延长轧辊使用寿命。介绍了1750热轧薄板厂在轧辊管理使用与维护方面的一些心得,着重讲了磨辊间在轧辊维护当中所采取的一些措施对用好轧辊和降低辊耗方面所起的作用。The hot rolling mill roll is one of the important mechanical equipment in industrial production,to improve the quality of rolled piece and the production efficiency has an irreplaceable role,especially can effectively reduce the roll consumption through various means,in the process of hot rolled sheet production,due to the roll and the direct contact of steel,roll consumption is very big,therefore actively take effective measures,the greatest degree of reduce the consumption of hot rolling roll,prolong the service life of roll.This paper introduces some experiences of roll management and maintenance in 1750 hot-rolled sheet mill,and focuses on the role of some measures taken in roll maintenance in making good use of roll and reducing roll consumption.
