摘　　要：随着归档电子文件类型的丰富,在技术上文件格式管理即以何种格式存储可确保档案信息真实、完整且持续可读的思想受到国内外学者与机构的认同。然而我国在制度标准层面还未做出较为全面而专业的归档格式规范。本文通过分析我国现有与电子文件格式相关的国家、行业标准,结合实际情况从策略层面深化并提出:定期发布归档格式推荐指南,格式规范全面化、专门化,明确并区分本地存储格式与利用存储格式以及制定格式选择权重等改进建议。With the rich types of electronic documents,the idea of file format management,which format can ensure the authenticity,integrity and continuous readability of archival information,has been recognized by scholars and institutions at home and abroad.However,China hasn’t made a comprehensive and professional filing format specification in terms of system standards yet.Based on the analysis of the existing national and industrial standards related to the format of electronic records in China,combined with the actual situation,this paper deepens and puts forward some improvement suggestions from the strategic level,such as regularly issuing the recommendation guide for filing format,standardizing the format specification comprehensively and professionally,clarifying and distinguishing the local storage format from the utilization storage format,and formulating the format selection weight.
