摘　　要：《电子文件凭证价值保障问题研究——基于电子文件信息演进流程视角》是探讨电子文件与电子档案凭证价值保障的一本不可多得的脱俗之作。基于对该书的简介,本文重点评析该书在理论反思、视角定位、模型探索及措施具化四个方面的亮点,并对该书的价值与不足进行归纳。"Research on the Protection of the Value of Electronic Documents Voucher——Based on the Perspective of the Process of Electronic File Information Evolution"is a rare and refined work to explore the value protection of electronic documents and electronic archives.Based on the introduction of the book,this article reviews and analyzes the book’s highlights in four aspects:theoretical reflection,perspective positioning,model exploration,and measures,and summarizes the value and shortcomings of the book.
