摘　　要：环锤式碎煤机是粉碎机械中破碎机的一种,也是火电厂输煤系统的主要设备之一.本文以HCSZ800型环锤式碎煤机为例,介绍了碎煤机的运行原理、结构形式、传动方式,着重阐述了转子工作参数、转子平衡、碎煤机生产率、配套电动机功率等方面的设计计算理论,从而导出环锤式碎煤机的一般设计分析办法.Ring hammer coal crusher is a kind of crusher in crushing machinery and one of the main equipment of coal conveying system in thermal power plant.Taking HCSZ800 ring hammer coal crusher as an example,this paper introduces the operation principle,structure form and transmission mode of the coal crusher,emphatically expounds the design and calculation theory of rotor working parameters,rotor balance,coal crusher productivity,matching motor power,etc.,and thus derives the general design and analysis method of the ring hammer coal crusher.
