摘  要:煤炭经济城市都面临着严重的采空区塌陷问题,采空区塌陷对穿越采空区的输电杆塔和基础形成了极大安全隐患,对片区输电线路设计工作造成了大量挑战。分析了煤炭采空区的结构、运动规律、探测方法及线路的结构特殊性,依据多年采空区设计经验,提出了规划、可研、初设、施工阶段的全流程设计要点、采空区输电线路设计的原则及应急安全处理措施。The collapsing of coal mined-out area is a serious problem facing cities heavily depending on coal economy,it poses serious hidden dangers to the transmission towers and foundations and big challenges to the design of transmission line in coal mined-out area.This paper analyzes the structures,laws of motion of mined-out area,the detection methods and the particularity of transmission line structure.Based on years of design experience for mined-out area,it puts forward the key points of design in the process of planning,feasibility study,preliminary design,construction and the design principles for transmission line in coal mined-out area as well as the emergency safety treatment measures.
