摘　　要：为了找到某电站锅炉过热器管蒸汽泄漏的原因,对该过热器进行了现场检查、金相检查、硬度检测、断口检查,并进行了综合分析,得出蒸汽泄漏的主要原因是开裂的过热器管固定管卡未固定而造成了管束振动,长时间运行导致高周疲劳损伤,直至裂纹扩展而产生蒸汽泄漏。In order to find out the cause of steam leakage of the superheater tube of a power plant boiler,the on-site inspection,metallographic examination,hardness test and fracture etc.inspections for superheater are carried out.The results are analyzed comprehensively.It is concluded that the main cause of steam leakage is that pipe fixing clamp of superheater tube is not fixed,which causes tube bundle vibration,the long-term operation leads to high cycle fatigue damage,causing crack propagation and steam leakage.
