摘 要:针对220 kV系统中传统保护策略在切除线路死区故障时依赖永跳继电器动作接点,导致可靠性低、速度慢的缺点,在分析了线路发生死区故障时的特点以及继电保护动作逻辑的基础上,提出了基于置反故障侧CT电流的快速切除线路死区故障的继电保护策略。比较了新型继电保护策略与现有继电保护策略在切除死区故障时的动作逻辑和动作过程,并在PSCAD/EMTDC仿真系统中对新型死区保护策略进行了验证,从而证明了所提出保护策略的可靠性与快速性。In view of the shortcomings of traditional protection strategy in 220 kV system,which relies on the action contact of permanent tripping relay when removing the dead zone fault of the line,resulting in low reliability and slow action speed,based on the analysis of the characteristics of death zone fault of the line and the operation logic of the relay protection,a fast relay protection strategy for removing the dead zone fault of the line based on CT current at the reverse fault side is proposed.This paper compares the proposed relay protection strategy with the existing one in respect to the action logic and action process in case of dead zone fault removal,and verifies the proposed new dead zone protection strategy in PSCAD/EMTDC simulation system,thus proving the reliability and rapidity of the proposed protection strategy.
