摘　　要：针对一起负端遥信回路绝缘接地,而在线绝缘监测仪未报警,也未检测出接地支路的故障,通过对绝缘监测仪工作原理分析和对测控遥信开入回路解析,找出绝缘检测仪未检测出实际绝缘值的原因。进而深入分析此类故障对运行监控的影响,从而提出可行性解决方案,减轻运维人员工作压力,提高故障排查效率。In view of the insulation grounding of a negative terminal remote signaling circuit,and the online insulation monitor did not alarm,nor detected the fault of the grounding branch,through the analysis of the working principle of the insulation monitor and the analysis of the opening circuit of the monitoring and control remote signaling,the cause why the insulation detector did not detect the actual insulation value was found out.Furthermore,the impact of such failure on operation monitoring is analyzed in depth in an effort to propose feasible solutions,reduce the work burden of operation and maintenance personnel,and improve the efficiency of troubleshooting.
