摘 要:金属钛清洁提取是近年来的研究热点。提出了以TiB_(2)为可溶性阳极,电解提取金属钛新方法。利用线性扫描、循环伏安和方波伏安等电化学测试技术,分析了TiB_(2)在NaCl-KCl熔盐中的阳极溶解和电化学还原过程。结果表明,TiB_(2)阳极可发生电化学溶解,其中钛被氧化为Ti3^(+)进入熔盐中,而硼则被氧化为B单质。Ti3^(+)迁移至阴极,发生两步电化学还原反应生成金属钛,即:Ti^(3+)+e^(-)→Ti^(2+)和Ti^(2+)+2e^(-)→Ti。B单质则形成阳极泥,同时少量硼被反应器内残存的少量氧氧化为B_(2)O_(3),随氩气挥发。电解结束后,在阴极表面得到均匀金属钛层。研究结果表明:TiB_(2)是一种在NaCl-KCl熔盐中有希望的可溶性阳极,有望稳定地制备金属钛。The clean extraction of metal titanium has been paid much attention in relative research areas during recent years.This paper proposes a new method for electrolytic extraction of metal titanium with TiB_(2)as the soluble anode.In this paper,with electrochemical measurement techniques such as linear scanning,cyclic voltammetry and square wave voltammetry,the processes of dissolution and electrochemical reduction of TiB_(2)anode in NaCl-KCl molten salt are analyzed.The results show that the TiB_(2)anode can be electrochemically dissolved,during which element titanium is oxidized to Ti^(3+)and enters the molten salt,while element boron is oxidized to simpe substance B.Ti^(3+)migrates to the cathode.After a two-step electrochemical reduction,Ti^(3+)turns into metal titanium:Ti^(3+)+e^(-)→Ti^(2+)and Ti^(2+)+2e^(-)→Ti.Simple substance B forms into anode slime.Meanwhile,a small amount of boron is oxidized to B2O3 by the small amount of oxygen remaining in the reactor,which then evaporates with argon.After the electrolysis,a uniform layer of metal titanium is obtained from the surface of the cathode.The research results show that TiB_(2)is a promising soluble anode in NaCl-KCl molten salt which can be adopted to produce metal titanium steadily.
