摘 要:针对5种不同种类的钢铁冶金尘泥,对其返烧结利用进行理论分析和实验研究。根据其成分组成,理论计算了不同种类尘泥的最大添加量,分析了不同添加量对烧结矿理论熔点的影响。利用生产原料选择分别添加1%的尘泥进行烧结杯实验,对烧结样品的成分和冶金性能进行分析测试,结果表明:添加1%冶金尘泥对烧结矿的化学组成影响很小,其全铁含量、FeO含量、CaO、SiO_(2)、Al_(2)O_(3)、MgO、有害元素P、S含量等均满足烧结矿质量要求;烧结矿的烧损率、成品率、利用系数、烧结速度、负压均没有明显变化;烧结矿转鼓指数均大于68%,低温还原粉化指数均大于75.3%,还原度指数均大于81%,满足烧结矿要求。In this paper,a theoretical analysis and experimental study on the re-sintering utilization of five different kinds of metallurgical dusts were carried out.According to their composition,the maximum addition amounts of five different kinds of dusts were calculated theoretically,and the influences of different addition amounts on the theoretical melting point of the sinter were analyzed.Using the production materials,the sinter cup experiments were carried out by adding 1%of each kind of dust respectively,and the composition and metallurgical properties of the sinter samples were analyzed and tested.The results showed that the addition of 1%of metallurgical dust had a little effect on the chemical composition of the sinter,whose contents of total iron,FeO,CaO,SiO_(2),Al_(2)O_(3),MgO,and harmful elements of P and S were all able to meet the quality requirements of the sinter.The burning loss rate,finished product rate,utilization factor,sintering speed and negative pressure of the sinter all had no significant changes.The drum strength was all higher than 68%,the RDI+3.15 was all higher than 75.3%,and the reduction degree was all higher than 81%,which all met the requirements of the sinter.
