摘  要:梅钢高炉制粉系统和喷吹系统存在的磨煤机衬板及叶轮磨损大、中速磨排渣箱排出红渣、振动筛的筛网堵塞、布袋收集器压差变高、喷煤设备磨损大等问题,严重影响了4号高炉的煤比。本文通过采取一系列的措施优化了制粉喷吹工艺,如减少喷煤二次补氮气量,提高喷煤固气比,减少对喷煤设备的影响等。有效地提高了制粉系统中速磨的台时产量,确保了高炉均匀稳定喷吹,同时提高了4号高炉的煤比及降低了高炉的焦比。The problems existing in the pulverizing system and blowing system of Meigang blast furnace seriously affected the coal ratio of No.4 blast furnace.For example,the lining board and impeller of coal mill are badly abraded,hot slag is discharged from the slag box of medium grinding speed,the screen of the vibrating screen is blocked,the differential pressure of the bag collector is increased,and the pulverized coal injection equipment is badly abraded.In this study,a series of measures were adopted to optimize the spray blowing process of pulverizing,such as reducing the coal injection secondary atmosphere gas,increasing the gas in the coal injection ratio,and reducing the impact on the coal injection equipment.These measures effectively improved the yield of the medium-speed mill in the coal pulverizing system and ensured the uniform and stable injection of the blast furnace.Meanwhile,the coal ratio of No.4 blast furnace was increased and the coke rate was reduced.
