摘 要:以水镁石(Brucite)为原料,利用行星球磨法研究超细化研磨过程中介质种类、粒径、填充率等对超细粉碎效率的影响。在最佳球磨工艺条件下,对Brucite粉体进行超细改性一体化处理,制备超细活性Brucite粉体,通过激光粒度仪、XRD、接触角测试仪、热重分析仪对处理前后的粉体进行粒度、形貌及表面性质的表征。通过对粉碎效率的分析,表明Brucite行星球磨超细粉碎效率的影响因素顺序为:球磨机转速>锆球直径>介质的填充率。在介质填充率50%﹑球磨转速520 r/min﹑锆球直径6mm的研磨条件下,Brucite粉体的D 90尺寸由32.75μm降到1.26μm。接触角测试结果为147°,表明在Brucite粉体超细化同时可以实现表面处理,粉体表面由亲水性变成疏水性。Using brucite as raw material,the effects of medium type,particle size and filling rate on the crushing efficiency were studied by mechanical milling with the planetary ball mill.In the optimal conditions,the ultrafine surface-modified brucite powder was prepared.The powder granularity and the modification effect were investigated by laser particle size analysis,XRD,contact angle measurement and thermo gravimetric analyzer.The results indicated that the order of the factors affecting the crushing efficiency was the grinding speed,the ball diameter and the ball stuffing rate.The optimal conditions for modification were that the grinding speed was 520r/min,the ball stuffing rate was 50%and the ball diameter was 6mm.In the conditions,D 90 of brucite powders decreased from 32.75μm to 1.26μm.The result of contact angle was 147°,indicating the surface of ultrofine-modified brucite powder was hydrophobic.
