摘　　要：目的:探讨肘关节侧位数字化放大摄影的临床应用价值。方法:患者仰卧于摄影床,视情况肘关节弯曲成90°~120°,中心线对准肱骨外上髁进行曝光,对60份肘关节侧位数字化摄影片进行分析。结果:60例患者的肘关节侧位数字化放大摄影图像标准清晰,符合临床诊断需求。结论:肘关节侧位数字化放大摄影法合理,影像清晰,具有临床应用价值。Objective:To investigate the clinical value of digital magnification photography of elbow joint.Methods:Patients lay on back in bed of photography,elbow bending at 90°-120°accordingly,outside the center line of alignment humerus condyle on exposure,the image taken by elbow side was analyzed.Results:The digital magnifying radiographic image of elbow joint was clear and met the need of clinical diagnosis.Conclusion:The digital amplification of the elbow joints is a reasonable,clear,clinical application value,and worth promoting.
