摘　　要：通过分析我院收治的1例罕见致病真菌Acrophialophora levis感染致重症肺炎及多器官功能不全的临床表现、实验室检查、影像学改变及治疗过程,并查阅相关文献总结该真菌的微生物学特点、临床特征及抗真菌药物选择。发现Acrophialophora是引起人感染的罕见真菌,主要累及肺、脑、眼等器官,有效的治疗有限,治疗方案暂无统一标准,需结合药敏试验及治疗反应而定。A case of severe pneumonia and multiple organ dysfunction caused by a rare pathogenic fungus,i.e.,Acrophialophora levis,was analyzed,including the clinical manifestations,laboratory tests,imaging changes,and the therapeutic process.The microbiological characteristics clinical features,and antifungal drug selection of Acrophialophora were summarized through literature review.Acrophialophora is a rare fungus that causes human infection,mainly affecting lung,brain,eye and other organs.The effective treatment case is limited,and the treatment plan has no uniform standard.It needs to be combined with drug sensitivity test and treatment response.
